Learn authentic yoga practices of Pranayam (energy expansion through breathing exercises) to build your ability for deep concentration and meditation. This 6-month online program features, access to member portal with instruction for daily practise (requiring only 15 minutes) anytime access to your past and current lessons throughout the course lifetime access to lessons upon completion of the course direct support from course facilitator via email and options for 1-1 mentoring optional weekly group practise sessions, with opportunity for Q&A Through commitment to Pranayam practice, participants will notice improvement in physical health, reduction of everyday stress and anxiety, clearing of emotional blockages clarity of the mind consistent elevated moods and energetic buoyancy. This program has been designed by certified Yoga teacher Prabha Srinivasan, who has 12 years of experience in teaching meditation and traditional yoga-based practices. Prabha's teachings are heart based and designed to serve the community—not for personal gain. Hence, teachings are offered for free, with a small fee charged to contribute towards resources. All profits are donated to charity. Applications will be reviewed based on commitment to finish the full course. Course Fee: AUD240 paid upfront or 12/week Sangha membership.
