🧘♀️ Discover the art of mindful breathing with BMS Pranayam (Yoga based breath and energy work) classes in-person at Mackay! Not only will you enhance your mental clarity, but you'll also find a sense of peace and tranquillity you never knew you needed. 🌈 #Mindfulness #HealthyLiving🌻 Participants will benefit from, improved physical health, reduction of everyday stress and anxiety, clearing of emotional blockages clarity of the mind consistent elevated moods and energetic buoyancy Sundays 10 AM to 11AM Venue: Mind Psyence, 358 Slade Point Road, Slade Point, QLD $5 to $15 donation of your choice each week or pay with ongoing Sangha membership (Online attendance is also available every week, for those unable to attend in person. Once you complete this booking, Zoom link will be emailed to you.) About: This program has been designed by certified Yoga teacher Prabha Srinivasan, who has 12 years of experience in teaching meditation and traditional yoga-based practices. Prabha's teachings are heart based and designed to serve the community—not for personal gain. Hence, teachings are offered for free, while your donations contribute towards expenses.
